Life experiences can lead us to the road of success and it is our job to navigate our way down that road.  You are probably asking yourself, what life experiences have I had to help make our real estate transaction a success.  I spent eight years as co-owner and operator of a small home décor business in Glendale.  It was in those eight years that I developed my passion for homes and understanding the value of a home.  I saw what a home meant to its owners and how it became a gathering place for families.  I also saw the potential that housing had in the investment world.  What a great industry to be in!!  That, I am passionate about!  Where else can I help families and investors make dreams happen.

I brought custom home décor to many communities in the West and Northwest Valley.  Throughout this journey, I became well versed in custom and luxury homes.  Many realtors do not know that these types of properties take a special realtor.  One that understands the value of custom and the price of luxury.

As much as I understand luxury, I know how exciting and stressful that first time home purchase can be.  I never discount a home no matter if it is a $30,000 condo, $300,000 second home, or $3,000,0000 executive home.

As a wife and the mother of a beautiful son, I understand the need for a great family home.  That is why my website can help guide clients to school links, community information, and area maps.

As much as I know homes, I understand the need to create a smooth transaction from start to finish for every client.  My background in small business management and time spent as a restaurant manager gave me the skills needed to create that smooth pace.  Schedules, ordering, time management, and customer service were all skills that I was able to bring to real estate.  This is important as a client because, you want someone who can order that home inspection, on schedule and with a smile on her face.  Or, you want someone who can make sure that the buyer's agent is following the schedule so that your closing in on time.
