Maureen Alekson joined “The Team” at Team Investments in June of 2011. As the Director of Client Relations, Maureen brings personality, communication and organization. With almost 15 years in the customer service industry Maureen acts as a liaison between clients and agents making sure that the lines of communication remain open. Maureen is dedicated to delivering a level of excellence in customer service unparalleled in the business world, she strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with our clients and agents.
As a member of the customer service team Maureen is enthusiastic about helping our clients, but she also focuses on providing support to the entire team. Maureen is always happy to help whenever a need arises and finds even greater satisfaction in putting smiles on the faces of others.
When Maureen isn’t at work, you can find her spending quality time with her family mainly her niece and 3 nephews on the lake or inside reading, coloring, puzzles or just laughing. Maureen also enjoys cooking or baking, and traveling her most sought after places are Las Vegas or the beaches of California.
